Easy Exchange with reverse pick up:
Our exchange policy lasts for 3 days from delivery.
If you want to exchange your size, please drop us a mail at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org with details of order no and size you want. Size exchange is only for apparels, Exchange is not available for accessories items.
(Do not message us on whatsapp or any social media for exchange, email is only valid channel for communication)
If you want plus sizes in exchange, you have to pay the difference amount. Please take note of that. (Size S-XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL, 5XL is priced differently)
Please note that reverse pick up is available on all major locations and pincodes. But there is exceptions to few pincodes, if it’s not available on your pincode you have to self ship the item on our return address using any local courier service. When you mail us we will guide you through whole process. (Please note that based on courier company’s operational limitations and capacity reverse pick up service on different pincode may change at anytime) (Reverse pick up is in beta version, it may take 1-5 days for picking up the order)
Reverse pick up is in beta testing, so pick address should be same as the delivery address, otherwise we won’t be able to pick it up and you have to self ship it.

Pick up will be attempted maximum 3 times, if you’re not available during attempts or cancel the pick up during any attempts, your exchange request will be automatically cancelled.
Please handover the same item as you ordered and in same quantity. If you have multiple pick ups (with another company) Please check the tracking number before handing over the item to avoid any confusion. If you have sent wrong item or wrong quantity your exchange request will be canceled. Exchange can be done once, so please double check the size chart of the product.
Size exchange is only for apparels. Size Exchange is not available for accessories items.
Size exchange or return is not available for any custom items/products. Custom products are made/printed as per your unique requirements. Due to custom nature of the product we can not resell it. Hence there is no return or exchange for custom items.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Return & Exchange Policy
OUR 3 DAY WARRANTY
All products come with a FREE replacement warranty for 3 days from purchase. IF your purchase does not match the description or is the item is defective, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order – we will make sure that all of your issues are resolved.
We only do return in case of the wrong item sent (We’ll need pictures and video of packing and products) or received damaged product. In such cases we’ll send you replacement or refund will be done in form of store credits. To do a return request please mail us at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org with details of order no, photo of a product. All claims should be made in 3 days after the delivery and product should be unused. we will replace or refund your purchase after confirmation.

Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
We are happy to make a change to your order within 2 hours of your order date. After that time your order will go into production so we can get it shipped out on time. Order changes or cancellations after 2 hrs will require a ₹100 fee per item.

If you don’t follow the wash care instruction and do hard wash or scrub on print you’ll be responsible for it, No return or replacement will be done in such cases. Wash Care instruction is mentioned on the product page in product description section.
Discount codes are not non refundable. If you forgot to apply discount code or received the discount code after your purchase, It’ll not be applicable on pervious purchase/order and previous order can not be cancelled once it’s processed. You may use the discount code on next purchase/order.
Delivery will be as per government guidelines and delivery time may vary with constantly changing government regulations or any natural reasons like Heavy Rain/ Fog /Snow. In such cases it may take longer than mentioned time, in such cases no refund/return will be done based on delivery time dispute.
In some cities it may take longer than the estimated delivery time mentioned on the website.
Our return policy accepts only exchanges/replacements and not direct monetary refunds. Return or refund will not be done on buyer’s remorse.
If you want to cancel the order after placing it, please get in touch with us immediately or in 2 hours (120 mints), after than order goes into processing automatically. If your order is processed then we’ll not be able to cancel it or refund the money, Please take not of that. Please note that refund will be as store credits only.
If you have mentioned wrong phone no or wrong pin code or wrong address or incomplete address details, you’ll be responsible for it. Address can not be changed once order is shipped. We won’t be doing replacement in such cases. As per all courier company’s rules, they attempt delivery maximum three times, if three attempts are done, we can’t help you with that and no return/refund will be done in such cases. If it’s returned to us, you have to pay for reshipping, If it’s delivered to wrong address due to wrong information provided by you, We won’t be able to help you, and no refund will be done in such cases.
In some solid colors, actual color may vary slightly, due to lighting conditions, this won’t be considered as a valid reason for any kind of defects. (Certain colors like pink, red, blue etc, gives variation based on different lighting conditions like studio lights, room light, natural light)

You have to send the necessary proof (image/video) to be eligible for custom item replacement.
- Buyer no longer wants the items – this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at The Fake Apparel. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
- Wrong Size – Since each and every product is custom made as per the order, it is not possible for us to exchange it. We suggest you check our Sizing Guide before placing an order next time.
